### Get anime details

Get detailed information about a specific anime series from the ANN encyclopedia API, including ratings, episode list, genres, themes, and plot summary. Provide either an anime_id or a search query; at least one is required. When using query, returns the first matching result.

### Get recent news

Fetch the most recent news articles from Anime News Network via their RSS feed. Returns article titles, URLs, publication dates, authors, and content snippets. Articles are ordered newest-first. Each article requires an individual page fetch for full content, so larger limits are slower.

### Get release schedule

Get the upcoming TV anime release schedule from the ANN encyclopedia. Returns anime IDs, titles, and premiere dates for upcoming series, ordered by release date ascending.

### Get reviews

Fetch recent reviews of anime, manga, and games from Anime News Network. Returns review titles, URLs, reviewers, letter-grade ratings, dates, and full review text. Each review requires an individual page fetch, so larger limits are slower.
