Fetches the latest discussions in the Banking & Budgeting forum category (category 20). Returns paginated results ordered by most recent activity.

### Get category discussions

Fetches discussions for a specific forum category ID. Returns paginated results ordered by most recent activity. Each discussion includes its ID, title, body HTML, URL, category, date, comment count, and view count.

### Get discussion details

Fetches details and comments for a specific forum discussion by ID. Returns the discussion metadata (title, body, URL, category, dates, counts) and up to 50 comments with their author name, body, and date.

Lists all forum categories with descriptions and stats. Each category has a unique categoryID, name, description, URL, and counts of discussions and comments. Returns a flat list of all categories regardless of hierarchy depth.
