## Endpoints

### Get floor plans

Retrieves all available floor plan listings for the Nelavida Glassell community. Each listing includes builder name, community name, plan name, lot number, square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms, QMI price (lot-specific price or null if under contract), from_price (lowest available price for that plan type), garage type, incentive text, and the listing URL. Also returns community-level incentive text, total number of available QMI homes, total number of floor plans, and a floor plan summary with base square footage per plan type. Results reflect current availability and pricing from the community page.
