### Get open calls by region

Returns open and closed funding calls filtered by region and instrument. Combines results from both active and closed call listings. Each call includes project name, dates, region, and a link_ficha URL for application details.

### Get program application bases

Returns links to downloadable application bases (PDF documents) for a given call URL. Use the link_ficha field from get_open_calls_by_region results as the call_url input.

### Get program detail

Returns full details of a specific SERCOTEC program by its slug. Includes description, funding support amounts and conditions, eligibility criteria, how to apply, and the program page URL. The slug comes from list_all_programs results.

### Get regions and offices

Returns a list of Chilean regions with IDs and slugs when called without parameters. When a region_slug is provided, fetches office details for that region from the Sercotec website. Region slugs come from the list returned when no slug is provided.

### List all programs

Returns all SERCOTEC funding programs organized by category. Each program includes a slug for detail lookup and an instrument_id for filtering calls. Categories are Comenzando (starting), Fortaleciendo (strengthening), and Asociando (associating).
