Get full details for a specific Unsplash photo including tags, EXIF camera data, location, view/download counts, and related collections. Use the photo ID or slug from search results.

### Search photos

Search Unsplash photos by keyword or theme. Returns paginated results with image URLs, dimensions, descriptions, and photographer details. Server-side filtering limited to query, orientation, and sort order. Paginates via page number.

### Search photos with tags

Search photos by keyword and return results enriched with tags. Fetches individual photo details for each result to include complete tag lists. Each photo costs one additional round-trip; use limit to control request volume. Best for getting complete data including tags in one call.
